Rental Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms between Al Sahara Refrigerated Transport LLC (the "Company") and the customer (the "Renter") for the rental of temperature-controlled vehicles.

Vehicle Condition

All vehicles are provided in clean, fully operational condition with active refrigeration units. The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition, subject to normal wear and tear.

Insurance & Liability

All rental vehicles are fully insured under Al Sahara's commercial fleet insurance. Renters are responsible for any fines, traffic violations, or damages caused through negligence during the rental period.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon confirmation of the rental booking. For long-term contracts, monthly invoicing is available upon credit approval.
