Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Al Sahara Refrigerated Transport website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Rental Services

All vehicle rentals are subject to availability and confirmation. Quoted prices are estimates and may vary based on actual requirements, duration, and additional services requested.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the proper use of rented vehicles within agreed terms. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications will be charged to the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled rental date are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the agreed rental amount.

Limitation of Liability

Al Sahara Refrigerated Transport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the total rental fee paid.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai.
